Nutrition
A body in balance needs all the nutrients. Nature contributes in every possible way to the making of organisms, whether it be of a plant, an animal or a human being. The interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism has its own path of learning. The diet of an organism is what it eats, which is largely determined by the availability, the processing and palatability of foods. A healthy diet includes preparation of food and storage methods that preserve nutrients from oxidation, heat or leaching, and that reduce risk of food borne illness. The list of nutrients that people are known to require is almost certainly incomplete. Most foods contain a mix of some or all of the nutrient types, together with other substances like vitamins, minerals, fiber and water. Adjusted for age and exercise plant based diet is preferable than processed food. The process of nature in many of its cycles does best in providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth which is itself a game guide to good nutrition.
