Attaching importance to a principle by which the total value remains constant.


Can goodness be preserved or conserved? Is there a reason for any kind of prevention of wasteful use of a resource such as goodness? For it is in the act of guarding and keeping with care, we watch and maintain for the preservation of existing conditions, we act in goodness. However, things of a changing mode need a reform or an improvement. The environment and the climate takes good care of itself, in order to take good care of us. It is the Grant(h). As such, we should allow nature to do what it is best at doing. The goodness on our part should be not to interfere in that process at all. But to accept what is granted and be responsible. The earth does best in silence, not asking for our help. It is the way of the earth expressing its goodness, and it is for us to respect. To assume that we can do better is merely an assumption, and far from the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Goodness is preserved and conserved in the naked truth. Which the Sikhsth reveals in its fields of the sciences to understand natures Grant(h). As we all walk  the 'tough mat', which is the true path of  all nature.

For 2 servings
- Fibre rich oatmeal 2 dl
- Water 4.5 dl
- Salt 5 pinches  
Mix oatmeal, water and salt in a saucepan.
Boil water and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes with stirring. 
Serve porridge with apricot yogurt (Optional fresh fruit and nuts).
